Anything that has “Jooze” and “Cruise” in the title… I’m in! JCLE hosted the “Jooze Cruise” last night on Cleveland’s premier charter boat, the Nautica Queen. Young and hip 20-somethings gathered around 7 p.m. to end the work day cruising the waterfront of Cleveland with their Jewish peers.
MOT’s, yentas, and mensches could all dance the night away while sipping cocktails and enjoying the beautiful weather. Despite minor rocking of the boat due to the waves of Lake Erie, nobody managed to fall overboard!

- With a welcome like this, how could this night not be a blast
- “We’re on a boat”
- Top deck of the Nautica Queen filled up quickly as we passed the waterfront of West 9th
- Check out our sailor hats
- Couple of tribies enjoying few cocktails on the Nautica Queen
- Jooze, Booze, on a Cruise, Ilya and Boris enjoying a few drinks!
- Posing for the iPhone with my fellow UA alum, Ilya
- Andy Isaacs, of the JCC with a couple friends winding down as the ship docks
- Saying goodbye, Mazal Tov to a great eve
P.S. If your planning on going on a “Jooze Cruise,” a Booze Cruise, or just any cruise I’d stay away from wearing 5-inch heels. Let’s just say my balance was a bit off with each wave, not from the cocktails.
