The food scene in Cleveland is just one highlight of our beloved city… Living legend & former Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar with Brock Milstein, Northfield Park and Milstein Entertainment CEO, have decided to add a little more flavor to it. Kosar and Milstein formed a partnership to open Kosar’s Wood-Fired Grill, a massive 4,068-square-foot restaurant with seating for 208.
Kosar’s will open at a later date in the new Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park which is scheduled to open this December.
We will be combining the star power and the excitement of the iconic Hard Rock brand with legendary Cleveland Browns quarterback and Northeast Ohio hero Bernie Kosar…I could go on and on about Bernie’s accomplishments and why we begged Bernie to be a part of this Hard Rock Rocksino project, but I will just simply state, as someone who was born and raised here and grew up watching the Browns, there’s no bigger icon, there’s no one who’s more beloved, and there’s no one who represents our pride, our sense of community and our perseverance as a region more than Bernie Kosar.” — Brock Milstein
