Say Shalom to Casspi, Clevelanders

When we say Shalom, we do not mean hello this time.

Omri Casspi, 25, the first ever Israeli to play in the NBA will be joining basketball star Dwight Howard down south this coming season after being released by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Rumor has it Casspi has signed a $2 million, 2-year deal with the Houston Rockets owned by former New Jersey stock trader Leslie Lee Alexander.   When he signs, Cleveland Casspi followers will root for the wine and gold but also turn their attention to Houston.

Mazal Tov Casspi!
