Jewish Tabloid Twins, Elliot Spitzer, former New York governor, and Anthony Weiner, former U.S. Congressman, are back in the political race.
Spitzer, who is running in the Democratic party for New York City comptroller, resigned as governor in 2008 after a prostitution scandal.
According to a poll released by Quinnipiac University July 15, Spitzer had a 48-33% lead over Scott Stringer, the Manhattan borough president, despite his previous actions.
Anthony Weiner, who sent crotch shots of himself over Twitter to a 21-year-old girl from Seattle in 2011, is now in the race to become New York City’s next mayor.
The same Quinnipiac poll has Weiner with 25% of the Democratic vote for mayor leading City Council Speaker Christine Quinn with only 22% of votes.
