Audionai Book Club: The Monuments Men

Because we know you won’t actually read the book use an audio book! (hence the punny title). Come join us for a lively discussion surrounding our book of the month. As usual, FOOD included.

The book for December is The Monuments Men by Robert M. Edsel. It tells the story of a special military unit comprised of American and British museum directors, curators, art historians, and others who worked behind Nazi lines during World War II to protect cultural artifacts. It’s a long read, so all we expect this month is a good faith effort to read as much as you can.

We will meet at the Cleveland Museum of Art’s delicious cafe, Provenance, for brunch while we discuss the book (we’re geniuses; we know).
