Euphoria-inspired makeup looks emphasize drama and bright colors

By Becky Raspe

Whether you’ve seen HBO’s teen drama “Euphoria,” the show’s impact has been seen across many platforms of self-expression, especially makeup. Think drama, bright colors, elaborate eyeliner, glitter and rhinestones.

While those who haven’t seen the series may assume these makeup looks are 1980s inspired, exaggerated looks have come back in a big way.

This season, makeup artists at Manifest in Shaker Heights suggest amplifying your normal day-to-day look. More is always more.

Both eye looks were created by Megan Kofol using Jeffree Star Cosmetics’ “Jawbreaker” palette, Urban Decay Cosmetics’ “Primer Potion” in “Original” and Kat Von D Beauty’s “Metal Crush” highlighter palette.
