DESCRIPTION:PROGRAM RUNS FROM DAWN TO DUSK\nFree and open to all \n\nRealization artist Kevin Beasley will create a new\, multi-channel\, sound-based composition that connects MOCA Cleveland\, one of the newest buildings “on the block\,” with The Cozad-Bates House\, a nearby pre-civil war Italianate mansion that many believe played a role in the Underground Railroad. Beasley will create simultaneous sound environments in both spaces that relate the buildings by considering the relationship of time and movement to each of their histories. Unfolding in real time\, the performance will change and develop over the course of the day. \n\n
